Your suite maybe equipped with motorized shades. There are a few different ways to control them.

“Controlling Your Shades”  Be sure to watch this video 

• Some Light switches may have Up/Down arrows on them. If that’s the case simply press the Up or Down arrow and it will control all of the shades in that room.

• The Control4 touchscreen located on the wall will have a shades Icon on it, touch the icon and adjust the shades you would like. This will give you control over each shade independently. Remember to change rooms to adjust shades in various rooms. • Control4 app on a smart device will behave exactly like the touchscreen. Giving you ultimate control from the palm of your hand.

• There may be a handheld/wall mounted remote linked directly to the shades in your unit

• The “Somfy TAHOMA North America” app is a direct app for the shades.

• If your smart shades are not responding to any of the above solutions.

Control lights, adjust the shades, control the door lock, and more from virtually anywhere you have 3G/4G/5G or Internet access. With a 4Sight subscription you can also access your Control4 system from a web browser, alerts on the go and security features designed to keep you safely connected and in control anytime, anywhere. Control4 Foresight uses bank level encryption to connect securely to your home. You can add or renew your Control4 Foresight subscription from your Control4 Customer Portal.
